- "American Dance Suite" debuts: a sweeping retrospective of the history of American Dance.

- A long and moving piece "Evocation" comes out. The Trio performs at the Three Rivers Music Festival in Columbia, SC. Their CD Evolutions is distributed and tracks are heard nationwide on NPR.

- The Trio begins to play original compositions in addition to works by other modern living composers including a ballet for the Cleveland Dancing Wheels

- Collaborated with Hootie and the Blowfish members in a special concert sponsored by the Hampton County Arts Council
